Throughout 2007 we will be hosting regular events where

You Sell We Will Do The Rest !
Once the reservation has been made, our team of back office
staff will deal with the subsequent paperwork, including
preparation of reservation contracts, mortgage applications,
sales progression, invoice and collections - everything
required to ensure we all get paid on a deal.
Generous Commission Structure
It can be tempting to chase sales on products that pay
the highest commissions, but this isn’t usually
a good way to maximise long-term earnings from selling
investment property. Excessively high commission
payments eat into the returns an investor will make and
can make it more difficult to achieve high sales volumes.
Therefore, we normally look for products with realistic
commission levels that are in line with going market rates
for a particular country, from which we try to pay you
as much as possible!
- Full partners
Full agents are expected to take a hands-on
approach, learning about individual projects and
then selling them to their client base, managing all
enquiries to the point of reservation. Our staff
will be on hand to support you and will take over the
process from the point of reservation onwards,
leaving you to focus purely on sales. We normally aim
to pay full agents well in excess of half the available
commission on a sale, with even higher levels payable
when certain sales milestones are reached.
- Introducers
Introducers are less actively involved in the
sales process and simply need to register the interest
of individual clients in specific properties in order
to qualify for commissions. For selected partners, we
can white label our service and provide a fully branded
solution – perfect if you have a database you
wish to target but don’t have the time to learn
about the products. Commissions vary according to the
level of involvement and integration required.
