Acceptable locations must be in either prime residential areas with high levels of long-term demand, up-and-coming areas that are geographically close to more established markets, or areas that are set to benefit from major projects to improve infrastructure, transport connections or employment prospects.

Holiday Rental Property
Exceptional developments in fantastic tourist destinations, which offer a balance between investment performance and the enjoyment of a lifestyle choice. We are interested in all types of holiday destinations - beach, ski, golf & country - but the project must have a wow-factor that is hard to replicate. Ideally, all projects will also be front-line to the main leisure attraction, and resorts with a year-round climate, or summer and winter seasons are most in demand.
