HOW
IT ALL STARTED...
While running our sister business,
TheMoveChannel.com (something we have done since
the year 2000), it became apparent that there
was a significant opportunity in the overseas
property sector for a credible agent selling unique
products in a diverse range of mainstream and
emerging holiday destinations and residential
locations.
Only a select few agents focus heavily on seeking
out products with genuine investment potential;
others seem to take every listing opportunity
that comes along, or choose from among the same
pool of product providers base on which developers
pay the largest commissions.
HOW
WE WORK
Our experiences with TheMoveChannel.com
give us a unique understanding of trends in demand
across the entire global property market, allowing
us to see opportunities at a very early stage.
We also benefit from constant approaches by developers
who want to work with us on new investment projects
that have yet to hit the UK market.
We have a team of product managers
and property analysts that are constantly dealing
with inbound representation requests from developers,
as well as filtering the many projects we come

We also attend some of the lesser-known regional and local
investment exhibitions, as well as attending some international
trade fairs outside the UK.
Print advertising
E-Quity.com subscribes to almost all property investment
and overseas property consumer magazines. We are therefore
well suited to judging which of these is most likely to
have a suitable readership for any given product. Following
selection of suitable titles, advertising is then focused
on a mixture of brand building and highlighting specific
investment products.
Local Advertising
From our location on the fringe of the City of London,
we are well placed to identify and promote ourselves in
the right publications to attract the attention of workers
in the financial sector particularly during the annual
bonus periods.
Seminars
Our new office in London Bridge has seminar space with
full audio visual capabilities. This is used regularly
to host small, focused investor seminars that allow us
to get face to face with investors and strengthen our
client relationships.
Introducer Network
By working with a network of introducers, resellers and
sub-agents, we are able to extend the capacity of our
sales force exponentially. We are rapidly selecting preferred
partners in a wide range of countries around the world,
who used complementary promotional activities online,
locally and internationally. The development of our network
