E-Quity has two partner agency schemes, one for commercial property and one for all other types of investment:

Commercial Property : Thanks to its unique relationship with TheMoveChannel.com, E-Quity receives a steady supply of interesting projects direct from the owner. Hotels, offices, land and projects needing finance are constantly being added to our current stock of inventory, while we also have access to a number of off-market deals that cannot be publicised.

On all such projects, E-Quity pays introducers a flat 50% of the commission, regardless of whether you simply make an introduction or liaise with E-Quity throughout the transaction process on behalf of your client. E-Quity always works with binding non-circumvention agreements, ensuring your client relationships are fully protected beyond the life of any interest in a specific deal.

All Other Property : Encompassing land for sale, lifestyle investments and residential buy-to-let, E-Quity has a current portfolio of stock to suit the needs of many different types of investor. Our partner agency programme allows you to promote these investment projects to your client database with the same deal structure and terms as are available to clients of E-Quity.

E-Quity pays out different levels of commission according to the specific details of the project, with up to 75% of the total fees available to partner agents in most circumstances, including a share of any reservation fees collected. FTP access gives you full and complete maaterial for each project, with all elements “white labelled” to remove the E-Quity brand.
